The apartment was completely
renovated in may 2005.
The flat
is very bright with a south-west balcony. The modern, friendly

area very comfortable. An ideal place for hirer who appreciate cosiness

apartment is 31 sqm big but because of an open kitchen, light
furnitures and big windows it seems to be much bigger.The equipment
in detail is kingsize-bed (1,60 x 2,00m ), working table with
wireless internet access, two armchairs, parquet, complete kitchenette, bathroom with tub
and so on. Just have a

Please notice, that this is a nonsmoker-apartment. Smokers are
kindly requested to use the ashtray on the balcony, thank you.
You can rent the appartment as a single or for two persons.
The whole apartment includes a combined living/sleeping-room with
open kitchen, corner for dining, bathroom with tub and a balcony.
