The guestrooms for max 2 and 3 persons are all non-smoking rooms. (smoker are kindly asked to use the ashtray on the terrace, thank you). This 8 sqm-terrace also invites you for breakfast, sunbathing and relaxing in the evening.
 
The indoor equipment is as modern as stylish. Further details are parquet, piano, bathroom with shower and tub, kitchen with dishwasher. TV and washing mashine do exist, too. Just have a look on the photos.

A very good selection of different teas for tea-connoisseurs is available for breakfast but coffee could surely also be found.

The whole apartment includes 3 living/sleeping-rooms with beds  (Guestroom 1 & 2 ) or sleeping-sofa, one kitchen and one bathroom.
